What is a stabilizer bar for ?
A stabilizer bar is made up of a metal rod of around 30cm. In its extremities are the kneecaps oriented differently each. The role of this replacement part is to reduce the lean of the vehicle during turns. This is attached to the top of the body. Therefore, it serves to compensate for the torsion of the suspension springs when the vehicle is tilted from one side to the other. For this reason it is also known as a torsion bar .
