Alfissimo Auto Engineering, incorporating Cylinder Head Services, is an automotive machining and engineering workshop at 5 Nana Sita Street in Pretoria Central. The business started in 1976 doing cylinder heads and now does cylinder head, crankshaft and engine machining in house, alongside new and used engine parts, gearboxes and sub-assemblies. The workshop specialises in Alfa Romeo and Fiat and also services Land Rover and Mahindra. Enquiries are handled by Johan.
